This is a pretty simple question, still I haven't found anyone who knows the answer. How much less health do soldatens have in realistic mode? Half the amount? Two thirds?

I'd just like to know this for making a .ini mod where weapons take away as much of your health as usual.

well... i think its 2/3 of ur life coz ruger kills u with a single shot in real mode, but in normal u need 2-3 shots to kill with ruger.
