How do you put picture in signature and that is shows picture and NOT picture url???

i just took the image out of your signature ivan:
1) it was too tall
2) you are not allowed to have that much text in the signature with the image

sorry i didnt know. where can i get info about how tall can it be and how much text can be long. And is now ok?
