i hope this is legal, but i would like to see what you think is the ideal weapon balance for 1.3. open your weapons.in, mod then post the result here. this way we can try out each others mods first hand.
this is what i am working on currently. it's based off of 1.2.1 but that is by no means a criteria for this thread. one of the changes i have made has been to increase the damage of the m79 to cut down on those cheap point-blank one shot kills. if you fire ti too close you will get hurt by your own m79 round. the reload time has been increased by a small amout too. the spaz has been beefed up a bit putting it up there with the deagles and mp5 for close range damage. a warm up delay of 15 has been added to the barret but the fire interval has been decreased to make up for it. i see a lot less barret camping now and it is a lot less n00b friendly. still, a skilled barret user will like the shorter shot interval one they adjust to the delay, i think. other than that there have been just minor tweaks done to most of the other weapons. there is no firing delay with the law, however the fire interval has been increased. i'm open for suggestions but i want to see your stuff too.
