Every few weeks or so, Soldat will begin this problem. Every time I run Soldat my PC crashes. I never get any type of warning ( system instability, glitches while playing, viruses, etc.. ), my PC simply freezes. I realized the problem wuickly the first time, that I couldn't play Soldat with any other applications running because it thought they were a hack program ( MSN, XFire, etc.. ). Now Soldat simply seems to shut down, I can't even get into the folders! Every time this happens I simply re-install, but I'd like a way to avoid it. I'm not sure what version I have but I've had it for a while, since '04 I think.

Did you check for viruses? Just to make sure? And get the latest version off of http://www.soldat.prv.pl/

I checked for viruses already, none.
If I download the latest version, can I keep my mods?
I had the probelm again today and just waited through it. Eventually, my PC came back and everything ran smoothly.

Echo_Trail, the best anti-spyware is of course Spy Sweeper! :)
