Is it possible to have seperate gosteks for seperat soldiers? Like if I wanted to make two seperate alien races that were different in body type, could I select which gostek to use in game? If this is possible, could I get a walkthrough on to do it?

If you mean can you have a diff gostek for team Alpha and team Bravo, you'd make two gosteks put one in team two file and the other in team one. But you cant have a bunch of soldiers in a free for all running around. Sorry i couldnt walk you through it but i hope that helps in some way.
