Most of you know that I'm Venezuelan, so I made this post because I'm an "Anti-Chavista" (non-Chavez or something like that) and I give Americans and Mexicans my apologies for the behavior of out president Hugo Chavez. Due to the drugs he had consumed, his brain had suffered damages that made him go crazy (I'm saying what I believe, not what I know) That's why like 70% of my country now lives in poverty (that LUCKILY doesn't include me) The majority of my country hates Chavez and because of that, the president fired them all from their jobs.
The "Chavistas" are getting all the money and jobs because they support Chavez. And crime is increasing here a lot. Luckily, I live in a pretty big town sorrounded by high walls and electric cables to prevent the entrance of desperate poor people that might carry weapons with them, and security in this area is really, really good ;D.
In the past (when all this trouble started and I lived in a very non-secure sector) I saw many people get shot, hurt, and kicked out of their homes by the national guard that Chavez sent to recover all of "HIS homes" in the sector. So my family and I escaped that place pretending to be Chavistas so that the national guard won't blow the car we were in. (that was like 4 years ago and luckily I'm here and alive..)
That's a little story I wanted to share with all of you and again, I ask apologies to everyone who knows about Chavez (I hope he dies >xD)
