I actually rather like that xm8, it's the only one I've seen that's adequately done. Your xm177 is nice too. I just think some of your guns are too blocky, you should vary the angles for your lines a bit. Nice use of anti-aliasing too, I try that with my mods as well.

Keke, I'll keep the angling part in mind. Might help for future mods in this style.

its not a virus or anything, i've been playing it for 2 or 3 days and nothings shown up...

Well, i have just used to extract the files from zip to soldat folder... Many times when I open some .exe downloaded from Internet, it tells me this : "Triggerhappy has performed illegal stuff and it will be closed." I know it doesn't have any illegal stuff, it is because my Win98SE (rox)

Looks alrite, but the weapon boxes could be smaller and have a little shading. Nice basic modification.

If you installed it to mods-folder and ran a parameter, it doesn't work maybe work correctly. Or not, try to install the mod again.

thats the best xm8 ive ever seen. well i havent seen any. :P but it sure looks great. The backround of the guns looks lil bit hmm hawayi (????) style.

I installed it just in the soldat folder, and it automatically installed the files to their own place, and i tried to re-install but it didn't work.

Ehh install into the Soldat folder then run "Soldat.exe -mod Trigger_Happy". If that doesn't work then that means I [CENSORED]ed up.

sigh... it's sad how few people know how to use DOS nowadays....

first, install all the folders (gosteks-gfx, sfx, weapons-gfx) into a folder named Trigger_Happy (once again, capitalization is vital) in the mods folder of your soldat. so, the interface for the deagles should be here:

c:\soldat\mods\Trigger_Happy\interface-gfx\guns\0.bmp

then, to start the mod, do the following:

start > run > type in cmd
press enter.

in the command console, type in cd<spacebar>\soldat\ or whatever your soldat directory is.
press enter.

type soldat.exe -mod Trigger_Happy (it is necessary to get the capitalization correct on the last command)
press enter.

hope this resolves the installation issues.
