Ok, the the last map in my mappack is finished :D. This is probably my best map yet, really like it. Couldn't test it thoroughly but it should be bug-free. Fun to play on, and balanced IMO.

* Not waypointed. later...
* Biggish map, good for 3v3-6v6

Naw, jes' kidding xD The map reminds me a lot of ctf_Kryptonia and ctf_Neonia. I don't like how the base color polygons stretch downward so much (wow, my first critique of a map by Boxo other than ctf_Dropdown), and if that pole in the middle blocks bullets I wouldn't like that either (whoa, second), but otherwise it pwnz.

That looks kinda tough to wypt. You sure you want to tackle that, semagae? ;-D

The pole in the middle does Keron.

But I like what it adds to the gameplay. You can see it in a few other of his 'gas' maps.

A very nice finish to the series.

Looks like dibs no longer revolve around who claim a map first, but who can live up to his claim :-D But for my punishment, I will... *gasp* release my first public map (or at least screenies of it ;-P), as you so PMedly pined for.

Did you even download it? :-P The bots are hard if you're fighting 7 vs. 4 Hard-level bots, joining the 4, either way. What, are there no wypts. on that one?

Very , but VERY nice map. I love this one.
Nice shading , nice layout and it looks very playable ...must have it!

possibly the worst map I've ever seen 2/10, look at the edges, they're way too pointy, yes I've made better

Oh, sure ;-) I could wypt. a map in a few hours; this took a day only because I couldn't get on a computer until late at night. I'll post screenies of my map in the discussions forum later.

Meh, ok map, overstretched scenery and I absolutely hate it when people colour the base polys, but other than that it looks just fine.

PS. And the shading is mediocre at best, if you want your shading to look good you pick a point of light and shade everything accordingly.

wtf? Mediocre at best? One thing this map has for sure is amazing shading...

I'm quite sure Boxo knows a thing or two about shading a map, much more than that most basic of ideas. Gotta say the shading is much better than "mediocre at best", and while some of the polys look a bit overstreached they still play well off of each other. Looks great in overview and in game, and I love the spawn placements and vivid colors.

Oh I just noticed that neat little trick you did with the flag "bowls".
Very nice, I thought it was just an untextured "only player collides" poly, but then I remembered that flags go behind polys :p
