Excuse me, I found the soldat on some cd and I used to play it. It's fabulous but when I tried to play a LAN game with my friend I found out that I don't know how to do it. I used to write his IP adresse in that column and he wrote that mine. But I don't know how to HOST the game - when I play a classic single game it's impossible to join there. How can I HOST the game??? Please could you help me???

make sure the settings is for internet...
or did you want to make LAN game? Simply set it to LAN..

I know that there is choice between LAN and Internet but if I choose LAN then there the problem still runs. Should I have some dedicated server to plasy the LAN game?

Or what should I do? Should I start the new single game and hope that it will work to join in this one?

Do you have the same version as your friend does?

you need to download the dedicated server and set up a game in that first then go into normal soldat and go join game with the ip the dedicated server gave you.
