It's so funny to see what names Michal Marcinkowski (M-I-C-H-A-(no e)-L M-A-R-C-I-N-K-O-W-S-K-I) has already gotten.
It seems that people cannot just remember the name or adapt it from other ones.

I've seen these names (I've seen more but I only remember these)
Michael Morsinkovvski
Mikaël Marcinkowi
Mike (not bad actually :D)
Michel Marsinkowsi
and some others

Maybe we should quote people using wrong names and laugh at them? >:D

Pretty much everybody I know (except family and other Polish people) call me "Michael/Mike".
Teachers called me that when I first started going to school, it sort of stuck :P

Also, Michal is actually an incorrect spelling, the real name has a magical letter at the end that doesn't exist in English, according to character map it's "latin small letter l with stroke".

According to your own pronounciation, mancer is spot on.
Maybe he should change the 'i' to 'ee' in 'cheen', but I still read it the way you said it.
Also stop expecting non polish people to pronounce your name right.

omgz in english "ee" isn't the same as "i" AT ALL it's like A and Z

There is next to no difference between 'cheen' and 'chin' the way you said it in the sound clip.
But I'm done with this. I'm gonna go debate on things that matters now.
