For some reason, I can't get this and a other sections of my map to work correctly...

When I walk over the section shown, I sort of sink..not all the way, just my feet...and I kind of bounce a little sometimes. All the polygons shown are set to normal and I even redid it with multiple polygons overlapping like this and it still won't work correctly. I would rather not show the whole map, as I have some good plans and surprises for it, but if someone wants to look and try and help, feel free to email me at sergeani@purdue.edu.

Added: I did a few things to try and resolve this, to no avail...
First I took one of the middle polygons, and moved it up above the others to make a platform....when I stood on this polygon, it was solid....I then moved it back down level with the others, and it because not totally solid again. I have noticed that I can even sometimes fall between!! these overlapping polygons! What is wrong here??? This must be some bug in the map maker....any suggestions?
