This isn't about the new weapons in 1.3.1
This is about that i can't see them
if i play i just can see guys (enemy's friends, morons) running around with there arms in the - i have a weapon- position but i can't see the actual weapons
Its not like i don't enjoy playing annymore but having no cleu what weapon your enemy has is pretty irritating

DOES SOMEONE HAS A SOLUTION? :P

it's probably just a missing file in interface. try reinstalling.
