Chainsaw is a good idea to use as a secondary, specially when the guy with the bow is killed and everyone goes for the bow. Of course one hit kill weapons are a good idea when the amount of players in the server is from 2 to 4 but when this number goes up to 8 to 12, autos and semi-autos are the best choice.

If you are playing Rambomatch and there is a bowman who seems to be dominating over everyone and simply won't die, try to band your other non-rambonians together.

The best choice in this is to attempt to get everyone to use autos. With the traditional 1-hit-kill weapons, people are more likely to miss and there is a greater chance of lag messing up the opportunity. If you have all autos, the Rambo man will hopefully be torn to pieces and the bow will fall peacefully to the floor as everyone grabs madly for it.

I would never recommend using autos when it is 1v1 rambo however. In fact, autos won't work particularly unless you have at least three of them due to the bowman's health regenerating powers.

If you are the bowman, a good tip to use is boosting away with the flame-arrow. Some people may consider it cheap, but if there is five people wielding minimi's charging at you, it's a good idea to fall back.

The flame-arrow is also very useful if there is a large group of people lining of barret and law shots that you wish to disperse. One shot is enough to send them all flying. But remember, the flame-arrow does not shoot as fast as a regular arrow.

Also, be courteous to other people playing in the server. The best example of this is:If you have the bow, do not sit around in a tunnel part of the map. Also do not abuse map bugs(Big Falls) or map-holes(Bunker). They make it almost impossible for you to lose, but they also ruin the game for everyone else. In the case of the latter, you may even be vote-kicked.

dont always run for the bow when it is loose. If more than one players are going for it, its a good idea to wait until they start to kill each other and throw your own nades or shoot into the group, and then grab the bow.

One hit kill weapons are great for rambo, since rambo regenerates health.

If you dont know how people get the bow to shoot flaming arrows, you do it by pressing your change weapon button (default: q)
