Well, if you dislike the weapon balance (and this is not aimed just at you, but at all of the people who whine about the balance), you can try and balance the weapons yourself. Work on the balance for a bit, if you've got a longer attention span than I think you do, you might just come up with some good balance ideas. Until then, shut up.
