Rules:

* Rounds will be played following basic SCTFL rules. Server settings are from sctfl rules.
* Rounds will be played 5v5.
* Winner of the match will be team which wins 3 rounds first, Or if no team gets wins 3 rounds after 7 rounds, team with most rounds won will win the match. If both teams have a equal amount of rounds won after 7 rounds, there will be sudden death tiebreakers to decide the winner. *CAPS DO NOT MATTER* if USA wins B2b 3-1 and Canada wins Laos 10-0, this does not mean Canada has the lead because they have more caps! Since both teams have won 1 round, it means the match is tied.
* Canada will be 'ALPHA' team while USA will be 'BRAVO' team for the entire match.
* The winner of the first round chooses the map for the second round, after that maps are chosen by the team who did not choose the previous one. so if Canada wins round 1, they choose map for round 2, then USA chooses map for round 3, then Canada chooses map for round 4... etc.
* NO MAP can be played more than once. ANY default map can be chosen
* Substitutes and roster for each map will be chosen by the teams. *Everyone will get to play*
* There should be honour among all participants of this match. This means no excessive flaming, spamming, rude or crude remarks, racism, excessive cursing, or whining. These matches are supposed to be fun, and if anyone does any of these things, they will immedietely be banned from the server and will not be allowed to participate.
* 3 starting spots have been reserved for each team. If you signup and are not on the starting lineup, dont fear because you will likely get to play.
* When the admins of the match need to say something, please be quiet because when everyone is typing, the server spams and it is difficult to get a message across. If you are told to be quiet for a few minutes, but you continue to talk, you will be banned from the server.
* Minigun flying is allowed along with boosting.

The first USA vs Canada ended in a tie
The second was a victory for Canada
The third was a victory for the United states but that was in HTF :P

So basically its Canada 1 - 1 USA

Also if you can try to spread the word to all the North American players since I'm just a bit lazy :P

Personally I think Canada is going to win :)we won the last ctf and I think it will be the same again. Plus the USA roster seems to be stacked with alot of newer players, which in the past have usually turned out to be awful out of the smallpercent that actually show up. Canada's roster is too old and expierienced to lose this unless the USA team can get alot more people to sign up who are really skilled >: )

Jarhead, please use the correct format to signup. Post your email, soldat ingame name, etc etc. look up a couple of posts, yukwunhang pasted the format you have to use.

USA signups are closed, Kazuki is the last person from USA that will be on the team. You can however still post to be considered as a sub, if we are short on players or if theres still slots available we will call you.

also.. I still have to talk to Cookie about this, but it will msot likely be first to win 4 or 5 rounds, rather than first to win 3 rounds. Since there is more maps now and alot of players signed up, need more rounds so everyone can play. Also maps will probably be played in a certain order, rather than winning team picking map.

Probably something like.. B2b, Laos, Snakebite, Maya, Voland, Nuubia, Ash, Run, Lanubya... etc etc

I wanna spectate if i will have the time.

Canada's got one mean lookin' team there.

Not sure how many of you out there have a Ventrilo, or a mic. But it would help in the match if you have one. I'm sure that if someone talks with Chibi he could set up a couple spots on his Vent server. Have 2 different Channel Groups. 1 be USA, 1 be Canada, and each will have a sub section for the players that are playing, and for those that can't play but are still in the game and could chat.

Ghosting will be allowed I think lol :) It will be very hard to prevent it so I think an army of people ghosting will do just fine >.<

That could get confusing. Imagine having 4 people ghosting for your team, as well as the 5 players that are actually playing, all talking and givving directions, it could create some sort of chaos lol.
