Read the rules about it?
quote:In our ladder, Players can signup freely, play any other player they want whenever they want, as long as the other player agrees the match is being played for the ladder and that player is in the ladder. For each match a player wins, they gets a certain amount of points which are determined by a classic ladder formula with a little twist. for every match a player loses, they lose a certain amount of points, once again determined by a classic ladder formula with a twist. The rankings are determined by the total points a player has, The player with the most amount of poinst is ranked 1st, while the player with the least amount of points is ranked last. The point of a ladder is to give a fair view on the actual skill of each individual player in a 1v1 mathcup.

bolhy, if you look around the site a little and read the rules a bit you will find out almost everything you need to know.

The match results, you have to login and report the match using the "report" button.

Aussie players can signup yes, for servers, each player will pick 1 map. The player map will be played on the server of that players choice. So if aussie player plays against north americcan player, most likely 1 map will be played on aussie server and 1 will be played on north american server.
