Since I started running my server I've got problems with maps upload. Server crashes all the time. No updates help.

To be clear, I run a ctf games, dedicated Windows server version 2.4.9, Windows Server 2003 Enterprise SP1, modded to 100 half-open connections.
Problems:
1. Next map and guys appear on parachutes etc.
2. Connection to server freezes on file request.

I think that these problems have been appearing for pretty long and no fixes are out yet. There was a fix that was supposed to improve stability, but it doesn't work as it should.

Is there a reliable way to have some custom maps on server or only standard ones "are allowed".

Problem is that I think all rights are set properly (and it's Windows server). These issues seem to be pretty random, but they appear frequently. Just now I haven't got any Linux box around that could handle Soldat server to check if these problems are Windows-only.

It looks like normal dedicated server bug htat hasn't been fixed for months and I wanted to know if it's going to be fixed and if there's good workaround for now.

as of the last server version, it was perfectly stable with custom maps.
