Um, Soldat isn't about anything.

and standard intelligence is a lot different than higher than an ape's intelligence. Standard intelligence for a 14 year old in modernized countries is probably 6th - 10th grade education.Ape's are smart, but you're probably smarter than an ape when you turn 6..
