occasionally in a ctf or inf match, ill see a green guy. is this a admin power, hack, bug..?

Colours can be selected from the "player menu" screen.. =P

This bug appears sometimes. I think it has something to do with registration of ppl entering. But no, he is not admin and it is not hacks. Just a bug..
