yeah i spent about 500 bucks on my computer, but i bought a way expensive sound card for recording purposes, but other than that i built my comp a few years ago, and it still keeps up with games rather decently, execpt BF2 seems to really dislike my card, it tends to crash my computer everytime i try and start it up lol. but i can jam HL2 with almost maxed out settings, like 4x AA and like 16x antisoptric and shadows with almost no lag, and decent fps, and doom 3 at medium settings pretty decently, and that dude got totally ripped off, he paid probally half hte price in the building of the parts, kinda like alien ware, you pay for the name, even tho its custom, ive seen computer set ups recently that blow his out of the water (Dual amd 64s and dual OC'ed Nvida bad ass something rathers), but i doubt he even has that comp, like someone else said, ill belive it with pics and benchmark tests, heh, o well, even if he did get that comp, its a waste of money right now, you dont need all that power for anything, just spend 1000 dollars and get one that will still run games smothly for the next few years and use the other 6200 dollars and buy a life..

500 dollars now...500 dollars in two years...same computer.... thats 1000$ for only about a 2 year delay in technology. Id rather save 6000
