when u upload something, right-click on it, then copy its url.
in your info put in your signature:
[img*]the url here[/img*]

WITHOUT THE *, the * are just for example.

u have stuffe like [quote ] [/quote ],[url ] [url ], [size=4 ][/size=4 ], [b ] [/b ] , ...
but without the spaces in it

Did you do it without the asterisks/stars in the part that says [img]? You could tell us exactly what you have written down in your 'signature' field and I'm sure your problem would be solved in about 5 seconds.

what about showing images and also passing on get variables? because i want to show http://ultimate13.dynu.com:6080/img.php?name=flieslikeabrick but the GET variable doesnt get through..

Sorry for reviving topics. Really sorry, but I can't find any solution to my image problem. I have the url perfect, and it is in between a [img*] and a [/img*] (No Asterisks), yet it STILL wont work. Here is exactly what I have written in my signiture: http://soldatforum.dnagames.net/data/Shrapnel/ShrapSiggy.jpg . Hellup meh?

I guess you didn't copy the whole url. Normally the Forum files have a lot of numbers in front of them... As far as I know.

Shrapnel, go into the test forum, make a new post, attach the image that you want to use in your sig in that post, then copy paste the code to your signature box.

Thanks DNA, it worked when I figured out that I actually had to use the '[file]Blah[/file]' code. Thanks again. :)

I can't be the only person having this trouble (in fact I know Chakra is too). How do you use the [file]Blah[/file] code to show images?

Don't bother trying to use the file code by themselves, use the attach/upload button and let the scripts do it themseleves. YOu can still use [ url ] codes to link to off site files
