I'm playing a ctf and someone joins me team. I say "Yay," and he says, "Where is FFC?" I tell him where I am and he comes there, behind me. Then he switches teams. Instead of spawning at the other team's spawn, he spawned right where he was, which was behind me. Before I could do anything, I was knifed. Is this a glitch or something?

Yes it is. Sometimes if you change teams you will stay in the same space where u were u just change colors. Really annoying.

That's why I don't use teamchat on pubs. I only talk with people I know on Vent.

I can't believe what soldat players are doing these days... I think the only way to win for them is to CHEAT like cowards that can't kill you because they're too weak against you.

mmmmm i only use that glitch in running maps and challenge maps...which unfortunatly theres only one server for it :(.Its fun in those kind of servers. But its just plain ass stupid to do it anywhere else. Takes a while to do it, sometimes there's luck, and you'll probably get killed before you realize it..........but doing it in challenge servers are fun....even if they annoy the other person :)

i have a glitch if i change teams i have to quit to the lobby server come back and theres 2 of me so i start beating up myself till it says i discontected but thats happened too.

I just experienced a newbie like that recently, constantly switching teams to score for one. I eventually pissed him off to the point he stopped just to start going after me - 1/15 times we engaged he could actually kill me.

That's what sucks about online gaming! No matter which game you play, there's always a filthy cheater on a server. You votekicked that noob, right?

It's not a hack, anyone can do it. It has an advantage in the Capture the Flag game mode. If people repetitively swap from their team to their opposing team, they'll be a step close for getting the flag.
And now I realized that this topic was dug up days ago.
