You can't, sorry. You can however make an animated .gif your avatar, so long as it's under 20KB and is 90x90 px or less.

yer but that is too big of a download.. and ive done my avatar now anyway. Its me shooting a rocket which rebounds and i run into it.. i think its funny

If you're just trying to make a soldat animated gif such as this:

Then download a gif editing an animation program, record a demo, extract it into frames then select every other frame of the demo and put it into the gif. The animation cant be too long though

UnFREEz is a completely free .GIF animation program which strings .GIFs together. Specify a # of centriseconds (100 cen. = 1 sec.) for frame delays.
