My server keeps lagging for me
but i have zero ping but laggs

Yea i'm playin on the same comp and
i'm not downloadin anythin when i play
i just have msn open

how do you join the server? do you type the IP 127.0.0.1 in the "join game" box?
also, are you using the dedicated server, or the one built into the client?

Well i'm usin the built one but

you're talking about the console dedicated server, right (just to make sure, not to be confused with the dedicated server which is installed with the soldat client)?
do you join it by joining via 127.0.0.1 or some other way? i suspect that this is your problem

No i don't join by 127.0.0.1 unless i'm playing on dedicated
but i mostly play on ingame server

It laggs yea and even when i join other servers
but in my background i run only msn and icq
