Ok when i start my server, it shows this.

I dont understand, and I have had only 1 person try connect to it and he says the ping he gets is ??? so, can anyone help me out here? Thanks in advance...

Can't say I know much about servers, but be sure to mention what operating system (windows, linux) you're running the server on, if you're on a LAN, if you have a firewall running and any settings other than the default you've changed. More info you can give, the better people can help you.

A certain silly billy forgot to open up port 13073 UDP inbound/outbound ;)

not 13073... you don't need that for anything. If he didn't have outbound connections working, nothing would have worked in the first place.
