CTF_Face version 1.1 *Updated 21 Jan 2005*

Updates (From v1.1):
-Deleted Light Scenery
-Added a Barrier to Prevent Law Mortars and Flying Away
From Map (Warning: Yellow Section = Death!)
-Added Waypoints
-Changed BG Colors

This is a conversion of the popular Unreal Tournament
map FacingWorlds, except the original had only two
side-by-side routes. To a typical Soldat player, that
would be boring. So I made some more platforms for better
gameplay.

Waypoints... Ahh, those menacing waypoints. You will see
some Bravo Team bots flying in the air once they spawn.
Leave them be, they will run out of jet fuel eventually :P

looks great, but remove that old [CENSORED]ty light and make a circle around the whole map.
the background color is off to.

Ahh, I knew that the light will be the first thing to be criticized.

The light, like mentioned, looks stupid. The bases are coloured badly, the orange-white colouring should be changed, along with the background colour which is too hard on the eye. Also, wy didn't you shade the bottom of the platforms? I mean you did a good job with the main floor, why didn't you apply that to the other platforms as well?

The layout seems fine, altough my guess is tactics will be similiar to equinox. ( One booster up, one tough guy middle holding off enemies and one barretard going below to annoy the hell out of the enemy. ) Maybe add an invisible roof for that?

( If you fix the looks, I might put it on mapmine if the gameplay is as good as I expect. )

i dont think so, it looks different, but good, i like the bases.

you managed to reconstruct the towers in 2D very well, respect, the additional platforms were also good ideas, i think this is the best conversion of ctf_face i've seen yet, i think i've already seen 2 others.

Meesa likes them colourings. Meesa likes it map. Nothing strange 'bout that, that was one of my most favourite maps ever in U:T. Especially the remake that made it into a floating steel construction. I shall enjoy this one, fo' sho'

Yea... I agree with HHH, you should make a circle around the map to prevent falling from it. Remove the light in the middle, it looks weird =P

Oh, you mean Face][? That one was great as well.

My next (and hopefully final) version will be released somewhere during the weekends. I decided to stay with the orange colourings, since the majority of you guys like it - sorry Demonic :(

I'ma start waypointing this baby after dinner.
