what web browser does he use? I know a way around it i think (at least, a way around most forum bannings)

Well thats bizarre...
These forums are set up in a pretty weird way thanks to Styx, so I either don't know how to ban ip's, or it's not possible (as theres still a few adminning pages I can't access. Theres 'levels' of admins). Been reading up on how these forums work and I think it's the latter meself...so I ain't been banning any ip's...
