Almost all Soldat players are from either Europe or North America I believe, and caucasians are the majority in each of those rejoins, so it shouldn't be so surprising. Perhaps a better poll idea would be "Where are you from?"
Rather than include every country, use large regions. Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Canada, Australia, Russia, Middle East, China/Japan, South America, USA, etc.

Because that's what ethnicity means -- the sum of your ancestor's blood. Though, most people don't count anything smaller than 1/8th of what they are, but that's because us Americans kept horrible records of where we came from so we don't know many of our relatives.
However, you seem to be referring to that "3/4 this, 1/4 that" comment, which is perfectly reasonable in a country where people are so mixed.

I am pretty sure that my ancestors were born in england since at least 4 generations, apart from my Welsh Gandmother. Although there must be at least one person from outide the British Isles somewhere in my family Tree. 3/4 English 1/4 Welsh is just the simple version.
