Now for the review. It shows that you're not an experienced map maker, so here are some basic tips:

Lay more polygons, so the map looks smoother and is easier to shade. Recommended tool: Polyworks.
Shade the polygons with polyworks, so the map is pleasant to look upon, and also place sceneries. I recommend the SML tutorials if you want to learn map making techniques.

Also, when making ctf, try to make similiar layouts to the default maps: have solid routes and well distinguishable bases.

Note: No negative criticism. Be as helpfull as possible, or don't post, at all.

I have something to tell you:
Keep mapping! If you map and map and map, you'll make really awesome maps. No one starts like a pro, and practice makes better. I hope you make more maps so that we can see how you improve =D
