Yeah. I'm making a 40k mod that edits both graphics and the stats of the weapons. I made one before, but that disappeared through lack of downloads and system formats. The current weapon list I have is:

FN Minimi => Heavy Stubber
XM214 Minigun => Splinter Cannon
USSOCOM => Stubber
Knife stays
Chainsaw => Shockpike
M72 LAW => Rocket Launcher

Also, I'm crap at doing art, so... Don't expect too much that way. Unless I can rip someone's interface art.
