When you're on a parachute, type the command "brutalkill" and see how your head flies up rapidly like a rocket =D

It's not a bug afaik.

I didnot try it... but i remember when I got sniped right in my head and it flew...to hell.

i remember having fun with that in 1.2 :D

This is not a new bug. I think this also happens if you get shot in the head by a barret or a m79. Pretty weird bug but not that important though.
