how to bind a Soldat Linux Server to a cartain IP installed on the server?

eth0 123.12.12.1
eth0:1 123.12.12.12

How to bind it to 123.12.12.12 ?

Soldat doesn't have that option yet and it doesn't seem to be going to have it soon.

Soldat does not support binding to IPs though many people have asked for it, and I would appreciate it too.
