I tried it, scanning with avast before and after, the thing extracted really looks like a good soldat mod.... And tomovoweb website looks like a cool one...
Maybe this guy just has a poor english but i'm going to try his mod, coz it looks cool...

I AM NOT A STUPID CREATION just look at my [CENSORED]ING profile, i'm "created" since 2005.... you didn't TESTED this [CENSORED]ING MOD, so stop telling [CENSORED] about it ! IT [CENSORED]ING ROCKS ! maybe it's stolen, but this mod [CENSORED]ING rocks (weapons balançing sucks yeah, and weaps are only slightly modified but gosteks looks really cool)

Okay now i'll talk about the mod because i like it, and i don't want it to be removed if it's not a stolen one...
Carl, i do not really thinks it looks realistic, gosteks looks cool, i tried CTF with them... Hmm... Bleh... The modified knife and stuff looks cool, but i'm not really sure that the weaps are balanced.... I'd love this mod if it wasn't in a .exe, and if you didn't call it realistic, and removed the weapon mod :^p i think i'll play with your gosteks for a while... I hope you won't get banned coz of Rhombus.... Keep the good work and make new weaps, so it'll be perfect !
Edit: oopsy forgot about sounds.... Some are too loud... :s

What detail are you wanting ? Just download it, test it with any anti-virus.... You'r only talking about probabilities.... Yes i thought it was a virus too when i saw it, but I tested it, and I tried the mod, what proof do you want ? if i give the proof you want, will you shut up about this mod and the "probability" that it can be a virus, and that i'm Carl, you'll ALWAYS be able to find something like "nothing in detail"....
and the thing i like the most is the jet bar, i think it has a cool color... Bleh...
