not bad, but it doesn't look like ctf, and the bottom route is a bit low in detail.

Agreed, if it's ctf it seems way unbalanced.
May suit deathmatch much better, looks like fun. Try not to leave too much empty space (look at higher section, although i don't know how big is that map).
And the background colours seem to be too strong, as in eye-burning. Maybe try something more opaque?
