I thought about having a weapon creator. Now this idea would mean updating soldat to fit this idea, i'll explain later.
First you would draw the gun on a art programme paint ect.
Then you open weapon creator - load the .bmp - set damage (1-10 or whtaever) - Set shot speed - Set shot distance - Set reload speed (optinal).
Question(s) you might ask:
Q) Wouldn't people just make really powerful weapons and kill everyone?
A) Yes. But if soldat was to be updated with the feature of custom weapons on/off you could disable these weapons. This would mean also that the file for normal guns and custom guns would have to be differnt. e.g. Gun.sdg (orginal (but not accutal file name)) Gun.csdg (custom file).
... Yet to think of anything eles.
