This .ini and every new experimental balance will run on my CTF server at USA. Server is at 209.11.246.251:23077, you could try this weapons balance there.

I think we need to convince MM to make another RS .ini before wasting our time messing with it. I wont take part it in it because I dont play it.

1.1b is just perfectly balanced in normal mode.
i detest realistic so i didnt test on it
