When a bot has a weapon that isn't allowed by the server listed as his "favorite", he can spawn with it anyway. I noticed this with Terminator and Commando, both spawning with Barretts when my server specifically forbade it.

Am i missing something?

Did you disble the weapons in the Options Menu of Soldat?
