To make the minigun a little different, I think it would be better if it was a little stronger like maybe a little more damage and less reload time but to counter that you had to move 25% slower while carrying one and your jumping and backflips would be reduced. This might help stop minigun surfing as people couldn't move as fast with them.

The minigun is balanced as it is, it doesn't need nerfing.

i actually like this. then the minigun would be more of a defense weapon (cureently it seems like the opposite).

exactly, it would be more powerful, but you wouldn't be able to use it for storming the enemies base.
