id like to setup a temporary server for me and my friends to play soldat on fridays there will probably be 5-10 of us.
i also want to use teamspeak2 at the same time
my internet connection is 3mb down / 256k up
is this enough?

The down is good enough, 256k up certaintly isnt. You'd need atleast 512, or to run without lagging somthing greater than 512k.
