I can't get any mods to work either. Here's a screen I made so you can see what all was done: the .bat file in Notepad++, the "Mods" and the "cell-shaded v2.bat" files visible in the Soldat directory, the contents of the "cell-shaded_v2.0" folder in the "Mods" folder, and the dos program left after I closed Soldat. The bat file opens up Soldat, but none of the textures are changed at all.

That cause soldat 1.3.1 doesn't load textures anymore with the -mod parameter :( (bug)

you will have to replace the texture folder in C:/soldat/textures with C:/soldat/mods/cellshaded/textures
