Whenever I create a dedicated server (dedicated 249 & normal dedicated) I open the client to connect to myself, the server seems to be even more lagged, players teleport, but when I the leave the server, everything gets back to normal to whoever is playing on it... PS: I have a AMD Duron 950mhz, 394mb ram dimm133, GeForce2 mx100/200 64mb. Can anybody help me?

Obs: I already looked on the task manager and the CPU does not get to 100% while I'm using 2 Soldats (Dedicated + Playing Soldat on my server).

when you join your own server, what IP do you join?

instead of finding yourself on the menu, try typing 127.0.0.1 into the ip address form instead

join using localhost or 127.0.0.1. Does this still happen?
