Hello, I know how to multi-texture, but the problem I'm having now is creating a multi texture. I have no clue as to how to blend two textures so the transition between them is smooth. If anyone knows how could you please reply. I'm really a n00b at photoshop so please be very precise.

You have a number of options. There are good multi texture packs, like the one from XTender: http://archive.forums.soldat.pl/topic.php?topic_id=31740

Or, you can use texture joining programs like the one made by rainrider:

I use that program and it works pretty well.
