Sometimes , when i shoot 100% pure m79 grenade which will 100% kill the ppl , it does not hurt him.Sometimes it happens to me too.It`s not because of the lag!

This is just a natural bug of the game. Same goes for all explosive weapons.
Can't be contended through editing the weapons.ini I believe, and only Michal can one day fix it if it's possible to.
