Hm, I have ask me where I can change the Flags for the different Teams!
I mean for team Red The german Flag and for the Blue Team the American Flag!
When this already exist where can I get it?
Or cant I change the flag for the diferent flags

You can't do it.
However, the yellow flag can be changed, but it'll be colorized yellow.

Actually, supposedly you can. Unfortunately, the game tinges the flag image so dark-blue/-red that it is virtually invisible (and it is invisible for the flag Bravo defends on inf. :-P). It's basically good for Pointmatch, as rabidhamster specified above, and the white flag in infiltration.

You can change the texture of of the flags, rabid, just not the image.

I think it's in the textures\objects-gfx folder.
