Do I just need to send 9$? Nothing else like $9.95? And what do I include in the payment, my email adress and stuff?

You can't actually send Michal the money you have to use a website like www.digitalcandle.com
The payment is JUST 9$, no tax, no .95 or anything like that, JUST 9$.
