I'd like to watch an avi video file, but winAmp, windows media player and quicktime all think it's an audio file; i can only hear the movie, but i can't see it.

Can anyone reccommend a media playing program that actually knows what it's doing on this matter?

Make sure the file isn't corrupted or anything, sometimes you just get a crappy file and it only plays audio, that happened to me when i dled tv shows from kazaa back in teh day

You need the codec for it if it only plays the Audio.
