Linux is the ugliest thing ever. It just feels so... clunky.
And no, Vista won't be buggier. It'll have a lot of cool features too. It'll basically be what all our computers are now, but by default. Like Googleish search, Firefoxish browswer, and a new, cooler menu system.
And yes, we are all going to get Vista whether we want to or not. That's what everyone said about XP, when they had 98, and now look at us.

Anything before Win98SE is probably worse/just as bad as ME.

As for Linux being ugly, depends on if and what graphical environment you use, as well as the theme. I think the default GNOME theme is probably better than Windows XP's. KDE's isn't bad either.

OS X is awesome.

I'm still on Panther and it is better than any Windows running computer I have ever had.

I'm going to upgrade when 10.5 comes out, maybe get a new Macbook Pro too.

who would buy a mac unless they are a designer or editor or something?
