I'm sure everyone here has played in the u13 public ctf server, and I'm also sure some people have also played R/S (Realistic Survival) in the :[DS]: Server or Evo's Server.
Now, in u13 public ctf, does anyone remember Lt. Kate? Yes, the infamous player back in the days of 1.3... the Barretard who believed everyone was a 'noob' and whined all day in u13?
Connect Kate to Tweetie Bird, also female, who plays in R/S servers and is a Rugertard. Now connect: In Realistic, Ruger is a Barret. Barret(Normal) and Ruger(Realistic) both have 1-hit-KO capabilities. Now, you may wonder, HOW DO TWO DIFFERENT GUNS MATCH UP!?!?!
In the transition to 1.3.1, the Barret was given a delay in its firing. This Barret caused a lot of outrage in the Barretard community, and was widely unfavored. A lot of people quit, including zyxstand, who made a big post about how 1.3.1 "Messed up" the Barret. Kate "dissapeared" after 1.3.1 came out, and in the R/S world, we would meet Tweetie Bird.
Think: Barret - 1.3, instant fire. Ruger - always, instant fire.
Barret - 1.3.1, delayed fire. Ruger - always, instant fire.
Barret - ALL, 1-hit-KO. Ruger - Realistic, Headshot-KO (Headshots are VERY common, and it is not abnormal for someone to get 8 headshots in a row per every hitting shot).
So tell me, have YOU seen Kate play u13 a lot recently? Obviously, no. Now R/Sers, have you seen Tweetie Bird whine about "noobs", "sprayers", "camping noobs", and etc.? Connect to Kate. Kate whined about "noobs" too, but didn't whine about sprayers (due to lack of damage in normal mode), and whined about "campers".
The point I make here is this: Tweetie Bird = Lt. Kate
After all this evidence, would you disagree?
