Try this, it's really cool:
You have to do this pretty fast.
-Hold the Windows Key, then press D.
-Release all keys.
-Hold CTRL and press A.
-Release all keys.
-Press ENTER really fast as many times as you can.

To all, don't do that it opens everything on your desktop at the same time as many times as you push enter.

It's only Alt + Ctrl + (arrow key). Leave out the Delete key ;). And it only works on XP systems.

It only works for some video cards and only when it's been activated in the drivers. I'm pretty sure Intel, nVidia and ATI's drivers can all make the screen rotate though, because at my school they have Intel "Extreme" Graphics and ban anyone who rotates the screen and leaves it.

Open up C:\WINDOWS\system32\config and delete the file 'default'
Restart your comp
