I may try to set up a lobby server for soldat 1.2.1 (good old super version), is there a guide or so, how to set a lobby server up?

No, there is not to my knowledge.
But, why would you want a lobby server? Use a (WM).

The lobby server isnt available to the public, so no you cant. However, if you use the SEARCH function and look in Fan Apps/Developers Corner you will find the Java Lobby Server that some random made long long ago, that worked like a dandy.

The knife delay can't be changed with weapons.ini.
